Immigration & Human Rights Clinic


Students in the Immigration & Human Rights Clinic learn about the specialized area of immigration law and other areas of law (such as employment law and civil rights law) that frequently concern representation of noncitizens and immigrants’ rights more generally. Students represent clients under the supervision of the clinic director and a graduate student instructor. In addition to attending the required twice-weekly seminar, students meet individually with their supervising attorney and participate in case rounds.For more information please see the clinic’s website.

This site provides resources for learning and practicing lawyering skills such as legal research and writing, client interviewing and client representation in hearings and court proceedings — in keeping with the highest standards of the profession.
